How to Submit a Complaint

Customers may submit complaints regarding any service by contacting Mama's Homestay via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Response Time

All complaints will be acknowledged and handled within a maximum of 3 business days the date of receipt.

Resolution Approach

Mama's Homestay is committed to reviewing complaints and handling them fairly.

In cases of force majeure, both parties will negotiate to reach a mutual agreement.

CLAIMS

All disputes, claims, and litigation regarding the Services shall first be settled by way of discussion and mutual understanding. case such negotiation and agreement might neglect, the disputes, claim, or litigation shall be finally resolved by the mediation of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of this Services.
