Deposit

The deposit is non-refundable for all cancellations, regardless of the reason or timing.

No-show

In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the deposit is forfeited and the booking is considered cancelled.

Early Departure and Unused Services

If the customer cancels during the tour or departs early for any reason, no refund will be provided for unused services. But we will always look at any case independitly and can make different choises depending on the case.

Room Unavailability Caused by Mama's Homestay

If the booked room is unavailable due to an issue on Mama's Homestay's side, the customer will be offered:

• A free room upgrade, or
• A transfer to another Mama's Homestay location in Ha Giang.

If the customer does not accept the proposed alternative, the prepaid room fee will be refunded within 5–10 business days. This is the only circumstance under which a refund is provided.
