Room Inspection on Arrival

Upon check-in, customers have the right to inspect the room. If the room or services differ from what was booked on the website, customers may request a room change or service adjustment.

If the Booked Room Is Unavailable

If the booked room is unavailable due to an issue on Mama's Homestay's side, the customer will be offered:

• A free room upgrade, or
• A transfer to another Mama's Homestay location in Ha Giang.

Scope of This Policy

The room inspection and refusal rights described here apply only to rooms operated directly by Mama's Homestay, not to third-party accommodation along the tour route.
