Payment Methods

• Credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay) — a 5% processing fee applies.
• Online bank transfer — a 5% processing fee applies.

Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due upon arrival at Mama's Homestay, at the time of check-in.

Payment of the balance must be completed before starting the tour at the main office.

Additional Charges

Mama's Homestay is not responsible for any additional fees charged by the customer's bank or card issuer.
