Motorbike rentals are charged on a 24-hour daily basis, not by the hour.

A refundable security deposit of VND 2,000,000 per motorbike is required before vehicle collection.

Our support team is available throughout your rental period to provide assistance whenever needed.

We offer prompt roadside support and will help resolve any technical issues as quickly as possible.
Optional Motorbike Protection Package
For greater peace of mind, customers may purchase our Motorbike Protection Package before the rental begins.
When this package is selected, eligible repair costs resulting from accidental damage during normal use will be covered by Mama's Homestay, subject to the package terms and conditions.
Please note:

The Protection Package does not cover damage caused by reckless riding, riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs, illegal activities, intentional damage, theft, or loss of the motorbike or its accessories.

Any damage not covered under the Protection Package remains the renter's responsibility.
